Exchange and Return

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

We accept exchanges and returns of products, regardless of the reason, after all, we always want our customers to be satisfied.

Only exchanges and returns of products that have not been used or damaged, together with their original packaging, will be accepted.

We bear the shipping cost.

Contact us, within 7 days of receipt , by email contato@moomoo.com.br stating your name and what you want to do: exchange or return.

In the event of a defect, we will exchange it for an identical product (if the same product is no longer available in stock, we will offer the same value on similar products).

Still, if you don't want the exchange, we'll refund your money.

The value of the product will be refunded in the following ways:

- credit of the value of the product on our website for a new purchase; or

- credit in the same form in which the payment was made. If it was a credit card, it will be refunded on your next invoice. If it was by bank slip, we will contact you to request your bank account information for deposit within a period of up to 3 business days.
